yoga
I started practicing yoga when I was pregnant with our oldest (who is now NINE!), but I really fell in love with yoga several years ago when I began to incorporate the practice into my entire life, not just my time on the mat. In addition to teaching my students the basics of yoga, using proper alignment and safe postures specific to their individual bodies, my true passion lies in helping my students see the benefits of yoga beyond the mat and inspire them to delve more deeply into the larger and more holistic aspects of yoga to reconnect our minds, bodies, and spirits.
I teach yin yoga every Monday evening and on the third Fridays of the month at Shine Yoga Wellness. I also teach a traditional hatha sequence at the Bridgewater Club on Friday mornings.
I love teaching yoga fundamentals, yin yoga, meditation, one-on-one private lessons, and incorporating my love for nature into my practice, including hosting outdoor classes at our permaculture farm. Contact me for more information!
