Lunch

We picked all of the lettuce from our garden this week – I doubt we’ll get another batch with these temperatures. Here was my very local – and delicious – lunch today:

Local greens + balsamic vinegar and oil + a hardboiled local egg + Grant’s Salad Pizazz (I’m not sure he’ll let me release his secret recipe, but I’ll see what I can do!)
